Q: Can I wear my costume?

A: We will have a costume contest on Halloween night. Other then this night, please do not wear your costumes as it may confuse our actors and other customers.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: Cash and Credit Card

Q: Is there any way I can pay more and skip ahead?

A: Not at this time. Our founder believes everyone should have a fair chance to pay a fair price and wait in line equally. If we decide to implement a speed pass option, we will list it here with an equally noble sounding explanation.

Q: Can I eat and drink this delicious food I got at the concession stand in the factory?

A: We ask you not bring any food inside the haunted factory. We have very elaborate sets and costumes that we don’t want you to spill your food all over when we scare the bageezas out of you. Please finish all of your drinks and treats before entering.

Q: If someone scares me, can I punch them in the face?

A: Only if you want to be buried in our graveyard. Please do not touch our actors. Our actors will be in close proximity to you, but they will never touch you. Please return the favor.

Q: Can I take pictures and video?

A: Please do not take any photographs or video in the factory as the flash photography hurts our vampire’s eyes. If you are caught taking flash photography or video, you will either be escorted out of the factory, or our vampires will eat you.

Q: Can I smoke, and drink, and walk my dog through your factory?

A: I doubt your coordination to do all of those at once. However, the answer is no. There is no alcohol, no smoking, and no pets anywhere on the premises.

Q: Are you wheelchair accessible?

A: Absolutely!

Q: I have a heart condition, epilepsy, and I’m pregnant, can I still come?

A: Wow! You sure are dealing with a lot! Unfortunately, we do not recommend it. Our factory uses strobe lights and has monsters and demons of all kinds that jump out from behind corners and dark places to give your heart a jump! You should not attend if you have a heart condition, if you’re pregnant, or if you have reactions to strobe lights.

Q: This is scary! GET ME OUT OF HERE!!

A: Ok now, to be fair, that’s not really a question. If at any point you feel you cannot continue through our factory, we understand… it’s pretty terrifying. Please alert one of our actors, and they will take you through the closest “chicken” door and back out into the safety of the world.

Q: How long will the line wait be?

A: We suggest getting there early, doors open at 7:00 pm every night.

Q: Are these really frequently asked questions, or did you just make these up?
